Returns & Refunds

At MYDAILYSIP, we want you to love every part of your skincare ritual. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Eligible Returns:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong item received
- Unopened products within 30 days of delivery

Non-Eligible Returns:
- Used or opened products
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago

How to Return:
1. Contact us at support@mydailysip.in with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide a return shipping label
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship it back within 7 days of receiving the return label

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different one, please contact us and we'll arrange it promptly.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@mydailysip.in.
